Orders are handled within the limits of our available stock as well as the available stock of our suppliers. Once your order is received, you will be informed of the availability of the items you wish to purchase. Should these items become unavailable, you will be notified by email with the option of changing or cancelling your order.

PRICES:
Prices are in Euro and include all taxes. Shipping charges are not included as they are calculated after the order is placed. The Lang law prohibits the price of a book to exceed 5% of the price fixed by the publisher.
PAYMENT:
Payment is due immediately upon order. For works published by DIATEINO, payment by credit card is secured through PAYPAL. Payment by check in Euro and drawn on a Bank located in France, Metropolitan is accepted. Please make checks payable to DIATEINO and send to the address below:

DELIVERY:
Orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the Order Form. Delivery dates are estimated for information purposes only. DIATEINO is not responsible for delays in delivery due to shipping or postal mishandling of your order. Orders paid by check will be shipped after the check has been received.
Delivery is free during the site launch period for all orders of books published by DIATEINO. This promotion applies only to deliveries made to addresses in France, Metropolitan. 24 hour shipping is offered for addresses in Metropolitan France for an extra charge of 7 Euro.
For all Deliveries abroad, we will indicate the total value of your order and provide a description of the shipped items on the customs documents. The Purchaser is responsible for all duties or taxes owed at the time of entry. We cannot provide information regarding taxes due as they vary in each country. We recommend contacting your customs administration for more information.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Our products meet the requirements of current French law. We decline all responsibility for:
